Behavior Therapist: 

This position requires a High School Diploma and a good heart. In this position you will be working one to one with a client teaching communication, social and daily living skills. You will also be implementing challenging behavior reduction strategies. You will be required to take data during session, and you will be supported by one of our wonderful behavior analysts. If you love working with kids and have a desire to help people, this is the ideal job for you!

Behavior Analyst: 

The BCBA's role is a hybrid between telehealth and in-person supervision. In this role you will be required to provide 10%-20% supervision, train BTs, monitor progress through analyzing data and updating programs, provide regular parent training, conduct assessments, participate in team meetings and more.
